3. Authorization and Your Responsibilities

When you create and run agents, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have permission to access and interact with any website you configure
• Complying with the terms, policies, and applicable laws for any third-party website or service you use
• Not using the Service for fraud, abuse, harassment, or unlawful activity
• Reviewing and monitoring outcomes and taking responsibility for tasks you ask agents to perform

4. Credentials

Credentials are optional. If you provide credentials, you represent that you are authorized to use them. We store credentials encrypted and never in plain text, and they are only used within our private execution environment when an agent runs a task.

5. Billing and Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid plan or usage-based charges. If you purchase a subscription, it will renew automatically until canceled. Billing is handled by a third-party payment processor (for example, Stripe).

To cancel or change your plan, use your account settings where available or contact us at hello@uragents.ai. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.

6. Data Retention

Your account data may be retained while your account is active and as needed for operational, security, or legal purposes. You may request deletion at any time by contacting hello@uragents.ai.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, uragents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
